Chicken in bamboo.. the dip is raw egg yolk.. yucks..  Tastes fine but not exceptionally good. . I realize I can’t be a food critic. Before I could even sit back, relax and enjoy the presentation of the dish, I would’ve gulped down 3/4 of the main course. That is why the food in my photographs are mostly half-eaten..
